The latest installment in Warner Bros. Pictures and Legendary Pictures ‘Monsterverse’ franchise will make its streaming debut on July 4.

Talks are more than back on… the purchase will not be finalized until it is reviewed by the special committee of Paramount’s board of directors, with a 45-day period to shop around for other bidders.

Based on the bestselling novel by Gregory Maguire and the hugely successful stage musical, Jon M. Chu’s upcoming musical fantasy adventure tells the untold story of the witches of Oz, Elphaba and Glinda; the film now hits theaters November 22. 

The adaptation, which recently lost ‘Talk to Me’ filmmakers Danny and Michael Philippou, will now hit theaters on March 20, 2026.

The Baroque Works are coming for Luff and crew; Daniel Lasker joins the cast as Mr. 9 alongside Camrus Johnson as Mr. 5, Jazzara Jaslyn as Miss Valentine, and David Dastmalchian as Mr. 3.

The scripted series will be a faithful adaptation of the original wizarding world novels by J.K. Rowling, with each season portraying the events from one of the seven books. 

Kate Dolan is set to direct the erotic thriller, which follows a man who inadvertently turns a harmless lovebot into a deadly soulmate; the franchise installment arrives January 2, 2026.
