Prime Video Drops ‘Invincible’ Season 2 Trailer

Promising ‘An Infinite Amount of Oh Sh*t Moments,’ the streamer teases the new season of its hit animated series, based on Robert Kirkman, Cory Walker, and Ryan Ottley’s groundbreaking comic, debuting November 3.

More news from New York Comic Con - Prime Video has just dropped the official trailer for Season 2 of its hit animated series, Invincible, which debuts the first of four new episodes - half its new season - on November 3, with new episodes rolling out weekly.

Following a mid-season hiatus, the second half of Season 2 will premiere in early 2024. The show will be available on Prime Video in over 240 countries and territories worldwide.

Prime Video’s NYCC reveal included the official trailer, an exclusive episode clip, and a conversation with the show’s executive producer, co-creator and co-showrunner Robert Kirkman (Walking Dead) and co-showrunner and executive producer Simon Racioppa (The Boys Presents: Diabolical).

Based on the groundbreaking comic book by Kirkman, Cory Walker, and Ryan Ottley, Invincible revolves around 18-year-old Mark Grayson, who’s just like every other guy his age—except his father is (or was) the most powerful superhero on the planet. Still reeling from Nolan’s betrayal in Season 1, Mark struggles to rebuild his life as he faces a host of new threats, all while battling his greatest fear - that he might become his father without even knowing it.

The show stars Steven Yeun, with Sandra Oh; Zazie Beetz; Grey DeLisle; Chris Diamantopoulos; Walton Goggins; Gillian Jacobs; Jason Mantzoukas; Ross Marquand; Khary Payton; Zachary Quinto; Andrew Rannells; Kevin Michael Richardson; Seth Rogen; and J.K. Simmons.

The executive producers are Kirkman; David Alpert; Catherine Winder; Racioppa; Margaret M. Dean; Rogen; and Evan Goldberg. The co-executive producers are Helen Leigh and Walker.

Dad, really?
