Juice and G2A.com Create ‘Gate 2 Adventure’ Spot

Polish VFX studio blends 2D and 3D animated characters to bring a cohesive visual experience to the digital marketplace’s ‘Gate Ready’ campaign.

VFX studio Juice recently partnered with digital entertainment marketplace G2A.com to create a spot for their campaign “Gate Ready.” The Gate 2 Adventure short aims to encourage customers to explore the marketplace’s digital entertainment offerings beyond video game-related items.

“G2A.COM’s new campaign presents our enhanced strategy with Gate 2 Adventure brand positioning for the coming years,” said G2A.com CMO Mona Kinal. “The new communication platform Gate Ready aims to incite emotions around the Gate 2 Adventure, inviting everyone, regardless of age, gender, culture, or status, to discover what’s best in digital entertainment.”

“We strongly believe that G2A.com will accompany users on this digital journey, inspire them to discover more, and advise them on how to make the most out of the experience,” added Kinal. “For this purpose, we gathered an experienced international team of creators who ensured a production matched the highest standards. While creating the content, we used the latest trends, and thanks to amazing cooperation with Juice, we achieved extraordinary visual effects.”

Juice focused on combining elements into a cohesive visual experience, blending 2D and 3D animated characters, rich in set extensions and crowd multiplication. The VFX elements add depth to the digital marketplace experience, giving customers a new dimension to explore.

"When it comes to digital product advertising, you can't go wrong with the VFX-laden commercial,” commented Juice CEO Adam Tunikowski. “We were stoked to have poured our creative flair into the visual aspect` to amplify how rich the world of G2A.com is.”

“I have a deep appreciation for how films offer us a way to break free from the sometimes monotonous reality, immersing ourselves in entirely different realms and encountering experiences that exist solely in the realm of imagination,” shared the spot’s director Jan Dybus. “This wonderful escapism owes much to the crucial role of post-production companies. I hold a strong desire to see more companies show the approach I've witnessed when working with Juice.”

Directed by Dybus, Gate 2 Adventure was produced in Warsaw by Papaya Films, with creative contributions from brand experience agency Plej.
