The Ottawa International Animation Festival (OIAF) returns this month, September 20-24, promising five days packed with screenings, exhibits, workshops, and entertainment. The event’s schedule is now live, so check out what’s coming here.

Walt Disney Animation Studios directors Dan Abraham (Baymax, story artist, Encanto) and Trent Correy (Zootopia+, animation supervisor, Frozen 2) go behind the scenes of their newest animated short film, Once Upon a Studio, featuring an all-star ensemble of beloved Disney Animation characters coming together for a “joyful, entertaining and emotional reunion” as they assemble for a spectacular group photo to celebrate Disney’s 100th anniversary.

Art + Biz Day: BRIC @ TAC

The OIAF, in partnership with BRIC Foundation, presents Art + Biz Day: BRIC @ TAC. With support from Canada Media Fund, Nickelodeon, Studio Smokescreen, and Warner Brothers Discovery Access, Art + Biz Day features a full morning of programming focused on breaking, reinventing, impacting, and changing the animation industry.
