The MDEC event aims to connect Southeast Asian animation companies with international markets; the conference, in conjunction with Malaysia Digital Content Festival, runs September 27- October 1.
Kre8tif! Conference (Kre8tif!) is an initiative from Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC) an agency under the Malaysian Ministry of Communication & Multimedia, with the mandate to develop the creative content industry in Malaysia.
The conference is aimed to spark innovation and exploration of the major trends across the creative sector. The conference will feature sharing sessions for passionate practitioners within the creative scene, as well as gathering leading minds in animation, licensing and merchandising, visual effects, and digital technology.
This year, Kre8tif! will be happening in conjunction with Malaysia Digital Content Festival (MYDCF). MYDCF is an annual digital content industry gathering, from developer to consumer brought to you by MDEC. The 5-days event held at most iconic venue Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre and its one of the largest SEA digital content exhibition for business and public.
