WBD Drops First Acme Fools Celebration ‘ACME Bootcamp’ Video

The company’s 1-month celebration of iconic ‘Looney Tunes’ features videos with elite athletes getting ‘Looney,’ defying laws of gravity and physics to get fit, with a special TikTok social filter that takes fans through a game-ified experiences like ‘Catch the Anvils.’

Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD) has turned April Fools into ACME Fools, a one-month Looney Tunes celebration, kicking off today, April 1, with ACME Bootcamp, the “newest trend” in high-performance fitness training inspired by the Looney Tunes. Content runs across @LooneyTunes' social accounts and WBKids' YouTube channel and includes a video series, starting with the ACME Bootcamp Announcement Video.

Additional content introduces real-life elite athletes engaging in never-before-attempted fitness routines that defy the laws of gravity, physics, and even logic to inspire fans to get into peak shape in the looniest way possible.

Participating athletes include track star and Team USA Paralympian Nick Mayhugh; professional skateboarder and Olympian Sky Brown; retired Olympic gymnast Peng Peng Lee; and professional break dancer Shafar Delgado. In the videos, the athletes perform their ACME Bootcamp training routines using ACME products to whip them into shape in five key areas of fitness: strength, agility, balance, flexibility, and speed... probably.

A global social filter on TikTok takes fans through a game-ified ACME Bootcamp experience like “Catch the Anvils,” “Whack A Duck,” and more looney stunts, each focusing on the five key areas of fitness.

Additional ACME Fools antics from WBD will include new content, merch, and stunts across Cartoon Network, Max, social media, consumer products, games, and themed experiences:
