VIEW Conference, Italy’s premier animation and visual effects event, celebrates its 25th anniversary with the launch of a special Art Challenge competition. The conference takes place October 14-19 in the beautiful baroque city of Turin, Italy, bringing together industry professionals, students, and enthusiasts in a celebration of the latest achievements in animation, VFX, and games.

The Art Challenge invites artists to submit poster designs reflecting the essence of VIEW Conference 2024. Submissions should be high-resolution digital files measuring three meters (width) x two meters (height). They must include the VIEW Conference logo and the text “October 14-19 | Torino, Italy.” Any additional text must be in English.

The winner will receive a Wacom Cintiq Pro graphic tablet. The submission deadline is May 15, 2024; entry details are available here.

In addition, the winning poster will be featured prominently online and at the event venue on physical banners and viewed by award-winning filmmakers, animators, game designers, and technologists from around the world.

“The Art Challenge competition is the perfect way to celebrate 25 years of VIEW Conference,” said Conference Director Dr. Maria Elena Gutierrez. “I am excited to see entries that reflect the very essence of VIEW Conference – inspiration, inclusion, innovation, and, of course, creativity. With all that incredible talent out there, I know I am going to be wowed by the results.”
