The 17th International Animation Festival in Japan -- HIROSHIMA 2018 set Aug. 23-27 as the dates for the next edition of the biennial event and details for submissions.
For the competition, new regulations, the entry form, the shipping label and more are now available for download from the official website. The online entry form will be available during the submission period, from Feb. 1 to April 1.
Festival director Sayoko Kinoshita says he looks forward to receiving submissions for the festival, which was created to enhance cross-cultural exchange through animation.
