First Teaser Image Drops for ‘Among Us’ Animated Series

CBS Eye Animation Productions’ upcoming adaptation of the beloved multiplayer mystery game from Innersloth, with ‘Infinity Train’ creator Owen Dennis executive producing, is ‘progressing nicely,’ posts the game company devs on X alongside the first look.

A first teaser image has finally been revealed for the upcoming Among Us animated series adaptation from CBS Eye Animation Productions and Innersloth.

“Patient Crewmates are rewarded with a pizza party (totally safe) (not a trap). Work on the #AmongUsAnimated show is progressing nicely!!!” the post from Innersloth states.

The series is adapted from the beloved multiplayer mystery game of the same name that tests (and breaks!) friendships. Per the official logline, “Members of your crew have been replaced by an alien shapeshifter intent on causing confusion, sabotaging the ship, and killing everyone. Root out the ‘Impostor’ or fall victim to its murderous designs.” Originally released in 2018, Among Us surged in popularity in 2020, when friends could come together during the COVID-19 quarantine to confuse and betray each other in a lighthearted environment.

Titmouse (Big Mouth, Star Trek: Lower Decks) is the animation studio for the series. Owen Dennis, creator of Infinity Train, serves as creator and executive producer, with Forest Willard, Marcus Bromander, and Carl Neisser of Innersloth joining Dennis as executive producers alongside Chris Prynoski, Shannon Prynoski, Antonio Canobbio, and Ben Kalina of Titmouse. No network or streamer is currently attached.
