Fest Anča International Animation Festival’s goal is to raise awareness about animated film as an autonomous art form and educate audiences about its varied techniques and aspects. It includes an international competition of animated short films, music videos, and non-competitive screenings of thematic sections and regional focuses.
The event features presentations, exhibitions, workshops, concerts, film screenings for children, and Pecha Kucha Ancha while exploring the latest trends, methods, technologies, and animation techniques. The festival supports works in progress, new animation projects, their authors, producers, and distributors.
In addition, the event is a meeting place for the international film community to forge new contacts. Students, educators, film theorists, and all fans of animated production, including children, are welcome.
